Marauder's self-titled debut EP documents the first time Oscar (drums), Zigi (keys/synth-bass) and George (arp synths, engineer) had all played together. George asked us over for a jam to test out his new studio, so we purely improvised for an hour and George chopped/mixed it into 4 tracks. No overdubs, minimal intervention, raw and free. Full of dark ambient synth-scapes, driving bass and neck-snapping dubby beats, the EP evokes charged and acidic early 2000s space-crime adventures.
